ORA offers training on using Kuali Research (KR) to find information about sponsored research awards and proposals. ORA also offers training on KR data, using Reports.umd.edu, and developing and submitting proposals using various electronic systems.

The Sponsored Research Handbook contains most of the policies and procedures that relate to sponsored research, service, and training at the University of Maryland, College Park. It covers the development of proposals, review of proposals, submission of proposals soliciting external support, and the establishment and administration of sponsored project accounts.
